The short answer
OCRV Empire works with private RV and van owners, commercial fleet operators, mobile business owners, and municipal and government departments. Each of those buys repair differently, and the process is adjusted accordingly.

Four very different buyers
A retired couple with a Class A and a city public works department buy the same repair in completely different ways. One needs to understand the claim. The other needs a purchase order, a scheduled slot, and a unit back in rotation. Both get the same standard of work and a different conversation around it.
Location: All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or fleet route service.

Personal and Recreational Owners
Personal and recreational owners bring us motorhomes, trailers, camper vans and vintage coaches that are owned rather than operated for revenue. The work is usually collision, water, roof or delamination, and the conversation is usually about an insurance claim, a storage lot incident, or damage found on the way home.

Commercial and Business Fleets
Commercial operators measure a repair in downtime, not labor hours. A box truck out of service costs a delivery company its route revenue every day it sits, so we plan these jobs around parts ordered ahead, pre-authorized teardown, and a firm return date. All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility.

Mobile Business Owners
A mobile business vehicle is a storefront, a kitchen, or an exam room that happens to have wheels. Repairs have to account for equipment the owner installed, permits that need re-inspection afterward, and a booking calendar that does not pause. Every day in a bay is a day of revenue that does not come back.

Municipal and Government Fleets
Public agencies buy repairs through purchase orders, not credit cards, and a supplement means a change order. We write itemized estimates a purchasing department can process, hold fleet color and graphics standards across a class of vehicles, and handle DOT reflective compliance marking and emergency lighting. Body work only, no inspections.
