Who we help

Personal and Recreational Owners

The short answer

Personal and recreational owners bring us motorhomes, trailers, camper vans and vintage coaches that are owned rather than operated for revenue. The work is usually collision, water, roof or delamination, and the conversation is usually about an insurance claim, a storage lot incident, or damage found on the way home.

How we work with this group

A private owner and a fleet manager want different things from a body shop. The fleet manager wants the unit back Thursday. The owner wants to know what actually happened to the coach and whether the repair is going to hold, because the next trip is a family trip and there is no second unit sitting in the yard. We write the estimate the same way either way, but the conversation is different and the documentation matters more. Most personal owners arrive after one of four events. An impact, a storage lot incident with no known cause, a leak that finally showed itself on the inside, or a pre-purchase inspection that found something. All four turn on documentation. What gets photographed during disassembly is what your carrier sees, and on a laminated wall that is the difference between a cosmetic-only position and a paid structural repair.

Location: All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or fleet route service.

Different customers, one shop, one standard.
