The short answer
This policy explains what OCRV Empire collects when you use this website or submit the service request form, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights California residents have over it.

What we collect
When you submit the service request form we collect the name, phone number, email address, vehicle description, insurance carrier and claim number if you provide them, and the message you write. That information is sent by email to our shop inbox so we can respond to your request.
This site may also load analytics that record standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, device type, and browser. Analytics only run when the corresponding measurement identifiers are configured. If they are not configured, no analytics are loaded at all.

Why we collect it
Form submissions are used for one purpose: responding to your service request and handling the resulting repair or claim. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where you provide an insurance carrier and claim number, that information may be shared with that carrier and its adjusters as a necessary part of processing your claim, at your direction.

How long we keep it
Repair and claim records are retained as long as required for business, accounting, and legal purposes, including California requirements applicable to licensed automotive repair dealers. Form submissions that do not result in a repair are retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Service providers
This website is hosted on Vercel. Transactional email from the service request form is delivered through Resend. Map display uses Google Maps. Each of these providers processes limited data on our behalf in order to deliver the service.

Your California rights
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where they are received.
