The short answer
These terms govern use of the ocrvempire.com website. Repair work itself is governed by the written estimate and authorization you sign at the shop, not by this page.

Website use
This site is provided for informational purposes. Content is offered in good faith and is believed accurate at the time of publication, but it does not constitute a repair quote, a diagnosis, or professional advice about your specific vehicle.

Pricing information
Labor rates, materials charges, parts markup, deposit terms, and service price ranges published on this site are the posted 2026 figures. They are ranges and rates, not quotes. The price for your specific repair is established by a written estimate produced after inspection, and by any supplements authorized during the work.
Insurance billed jobs may be billed at carrier negotiated labor rates that differ from the posted retail rates on this site.

Estimates and authorization
All estimating is paid work and is refundable as a credit against an authorized repair. No work begins without written authorization. Supplemental work discovered during teardown requires separate written authorization before it proceeds.
Deposits, payment terms, and release conditions are stated on the prices page and in your written authorization.

Scope of work
All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, on-site, or fleet route service. We do not perform engine, drivetrain, transmission, or DOT inspection work.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. OCRV Empire operates as a California licensed automotive repair dealer under Bureau of Automotive Repair registration ARD00288521.
