Who we help
Municipal and Government Fleets
The short answer
Public agencies buy repairs through purchase orders, not credit cards, and a supplement means a change order. We write itemized estimates a purchasing department can process, hold fleet color and graphics standards across a class of vehicles, and handle DOT reflective compliance marking and emergency lighting. Body work only, no inspections.

How we work with this group
A municipal repair has two clocks running. One is the shop clock. The other is procurement, and procurement is usually slower. A supplement a private owner approves by text message needs a change order written against an existing purchase order, and if the revised total crosses a threshold it may need another level of approval. That is not a complaint, it is a planning fact, and the shops that work well with public fleets build it into the schedule on day one. The other constant is that public fleets run without spares. A district has exactly enough buses for its routes and a water utility has exactly enough valve trucks for its response commitments. So the estimate has to be right the first time, the parts have to be identified before the unit is dropped, and the return date has to be real. We accept purchase orders, provide a W-9 and vendor documentation on request, and itemize estimates in the format a purchasing department needs. We do not perform DOT inspections, engine, drivetrain, or transmission work.
Location: All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or fleet route service.
