Who we help

Commercial and Business Fleets

The short answer

Commercial operators measure a repair in downtime, not labor hours. A box truck out of service costs a delivery company its route revenue every day it sits, so we plan these jobs around parts ordered ahead, pre-authorized teardown, and a firm return date. All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility.

How we work with this group

Ask a fleet manager what a repair costs and the number that matters is not the invoice. It is the invoice plus the revenue the unit did not produce while it sat in a bay. On a last-mile delivery truck that second number can exceed the first inside two weeks. So the useful questions are different. Can parts be ordered before the vehicle arrives. Can teardown be authorized in advance. Can three units be batched rather than scheduled one at a time. We are an in-shop facility at Yorba Linda. We do not run route service and we do not work in your yard, which makes the scheduling conversation more important here than anywhere else on this site. What we can do is keep your paint codes and graphics files on record, work against a standing purchase order, and produce an itemized estimate in a format your maintenance system can absorb. We do not perform engine, drivetrain, transmission, or DOT inspection work.

Location: All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or fleet route service.
