The short answer
OCRV Empire is committed to keeping this website usable by everyone. The site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and this page states our conformance target, known limitations, and how to report a barrier.

Conformance target
This website targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA. Colour contrast is validated programmatically at build time and the build fails if any published pair falls below the required ratio. Interactive targets meet a 44 by 44 pixel minimum, which exceeds the 24 pixel WCAG requirement.

What we do
Pages use semantic HTML with a single heading one and no skipped heading levels. Navigation and content are reachable by keyboard, focus is always visible, and a skip link is provided. Content is readable and operable with JavaScript disabled, including the service request form, which posts natively without scripting.
- Automated accessibility testing runs against every page type
- Colour contrast is gated at build time and cannot regress silently
- Motion respects the reduced motion preference
- The layout does not scroll horizontally at any supported viewport width
- Wide data tables scroll inside their own container rather than the page

Known limitations
The embedded map in the site footer is provided by Google and its accessibility is outside our control. The full street address and phone number are always provided as text alongside it, so no information is available only through the map.
