Answers to the questions we get most: what we work on, what we do not, what estimates cost, how insurance claims are handled, how long repairs take, and why all work happens at the Yorba Linda facility.

General
General questions
What kinds of vehicles do you work on?
All years, all makes, all classes. Class A diesel pushers down to enclosed cargo trailers, plus Sprinter and camper vans, box trucks, buses, municipal fleet units, Rivian and electric vehicles, and mobile business vehicles. 93 vehicle types have a dedicated page on this site.
What do you not do?
Engine, drivetrain, transmission, and DOT inspection work are not performed here. On fleet and commercial vehicles we do body, paint, structural, and equipment installation only. We tell you that on the first call rather than after your truck is on our lot.
Do you come to me?
No. All work and all estimating happens at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. There is no mobile, on-site, or fleet route service. The lift capacity, paint booth, and structural bay this work requires do not travel.
Where are you and what are your hours?
23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday: 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday: Closed. Phone (714) 630-3766. Customers regularly drive in from Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura counties.

Pricing
Pricing questions
Do you charge for estimates?
Yes. A collision estimate fee applies and is refundable as a credit against an authorized repair. An RV systems estimate covering slides, awnings, water, electrical, or generator is $150. Diagnostic time is $285 per hour with a one hour minimum. All of them are refundable the same way.
What are your labor rates?
Body and paint $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical $260, diagnostics $285, detail $95. Paint supplies are $55 per paint hour and body supplies $5 per body hour, calculated automatically. Full detail is on the prices page.
Why do you require a deposit?
50 percent is due at authorization on jobs over $2,000, with an additional 25 percent when parts arrive on jobs over $10,000. Specialty RV and fleet parts are frequently non returnable and non stocking. The deposit covers committed material.

Insurance
Insurance questions
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes, direct with Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA SoCal, AAA Enterprises, Mercury, Allstate, American Family, and others. We write the supplement, submit the photographs, and handle the negotiation. Insurance billed jobs may be billed at carrier negotiated labor rates that differ from posted retail rates, and we tell you which applies before work begins.
Can my insurance company make me use their shop?
In California you decide where your vehicle is repaired. A carrier can recommend a facility and can decline to pay above a prevailing rate, but the choice is yours. If you are being steered toward a general auto body shop for laminated or fiberglass structural work, that is worth a conversation first.
My estimate came back far lower than expected. Why?
Usually because it was written from photographs without teardown. On a laminated sidewall the real damage sits under the skin and cannot be seen from outside. We disassemble, photograph what the impact actually did, and submit a supplement. Evidence is what changes a carrier position.

Process and timing
Process questions
How long will my repair take?
A contained cosmetic repair can be two to three weeks. A major structural job with carrier supplements and back ordered parts can run three to six months. The two variables are carrier approval speed and parts availability. We give you a real schedule after teardown, because one written before we see hidden damage is a guess.
Why does the estimate change after you start?
Because teardown finds what photographs cannot. This is normal on structural work and it is why we build the supplement path into the job from the start rather than treating it as a surprise. Nothing structural gets cut until it is authorized in writing.
Can you match my RV graphics?
Yes. Most factory graphics schemes older than a few years are discontinued as decals, so we reproduce them in paint. That is more labor than a decal but it holds up far better in Southern California sun, and it is frequently the only option available.
Location: All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or fleet route service.
