Frequently asked questions
What should I include in the first message?
Year, make, and type of vehicle, where the damage is, and how it happened. If there is an open claim, include the carrier and the claim number. That is enough for us to tell you whether it is a job we should look at and roughly what the path is.
Do you charge for an estimate?
Yes. A collision estimate fee applies and is refundable as a credit against an authorized repair. An RV systems estimate covering slides, awnings, water, electrical, or generator is $150, also refundable. Diagnostic time is $285 per hour with a one hour minimum, refundable the same way.
Can you come look at my vehicle?
No. All work and all estimating happens at our facility at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. We do not offer mobile, on-site, or fleet route service. The lift capacity, paint booth, and structural bay this work needs do not travel.
How quickly do you respond?
During business hours, usually the same day. Outside them, the next business morning. Hours are Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday: 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday: Closed. If it is urgent, calling (714) 630-3766 is faster than the form.
